1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bet939 or by using any part of the bet939 platform — including the website at bet939.vin, the bet939 mobile app, the sportsbook, casino games, slot games or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not register an account and must not use the bet939 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use a bet939 account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

3 Account Registration

One Account Per Player

Each individual person may hold only one bet939 account. If you have previously registered an account and it was closed — whether by you or by bet939 — you must contact support before attempting to register a new account. Creating duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Account Verification

bet939 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address or payment methods. This is standard practice on legitimate betting platforms and is done to protect both the player and the integrity of the platform. Requested documents may include a copy of a valid national identity card, proof of address or confirmation of ownership of a payment method used.

4 Account Security

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bet939 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — direct mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Raast — State Bank of Pakistan instant interbank transfers in PKR.
• Bank Transfer — standard PKR transfers from Pakistani bank accounts.
• Debit & Credit Cards — Pakistani-issued cards processed in PKR.

Deposit Conditions

You may only deposit funds from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members or friends — are not permitted. bet939 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to close the associated account.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed during the withdrawal process. Withdrawals may be subject to a processing period. Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player prior to processing, but once processing has begun, cancellation is not guaranteed.

bet939 may request verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is not a cause for concern. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The bet939 sportsbook covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international series, Football, Esports and other sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

Bet Placement

A bet is considered placed and confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets placed in error — wrong selection, wrong stake — are the player's responsibility. bet939 does not routinely cancel confirmed bets at the player's request, though exceptions may be made in the case of obvious platform errors.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the official governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket, or FIFA for Football. In the event of a dispute over the result, bet939's determination of the official result will be final.

• Bets on abandoned matches may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport rules.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted and confirmed.
• Winnings from bets remain pending until official settlement is confirmed and cannot be withdrawn during this period.
• Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the event date.

Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. bet939 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits based on account history or risk assessment without prior notice.

7 Casino & Slots

The bet939 casino section includes Live Casino tables and a slot games library of over 500 titles. All casino and slot games are played in PKR. The following conditions apply to casino and slot gameplay.

Game Outcomes

All slot games and casino table games on bet939 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino, real physical outcomes managed by live dealers. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any party including bet939.

Return to Player (RTP)

Slot games display their RTP percentage in the game information panel. Game Availability

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is communicated. The following general conditions apply to all bet939 bonuses and promotions.

• Bonuses are credited to your bet939 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.

• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet939 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance held and further action where appropriate.

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person to use your account or using another person's account.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of a third party.

Betting & Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or play casino or slot games.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook or casino to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games.
• Placing bets with advance knowledge of a result that is not publicly available.

Financial

• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using bet939 for any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Attempting to reverse, dispute or charge back a legitimate bet939 deposit transaction.
• Exploiting bonus offers in a way that is not consistent with genuine recreational betting.

10 Account Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bet939 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules, and any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification. Bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

bet939 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence of fraud, identity misrepresentation or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, subject to applicable notification procedures.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud or other illegal activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, bet939 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as inactivity — the balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Interruptions to the platform caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Technical failures outside bet939's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages.

bet939 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where possible.

13 Privacy

By registering a bet939 account, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 14 Changes to Terms

bet939 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
